Job description
- Drive custom SLT development to optimize system performance, power efficiency and test coverage.
- Develop and integrate test flows, scripts and automation to ensure robust SLT coverage.
- Define SLT manufacturing solutions translating them to methodologies and processes applicable across GPU and Data Center product segments.
- Develop test strategies for new product features including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.
- Support the development of test content and solutions in Python.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to debug SLT issues, including HW Design, Quality, Software Development
- Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to improve production efficiency.
- Lead and advise a team of engineers to coordinate a product line.
- Guide teams in resolving technical problems.
Requirements
- 7+ overall years of demonstrated ability with post silicon validation experience in System or Board related products.
- 3+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with designing and implementing test plans for hardware products, including defining test methodologies, developing test scripts, and creating test fixtures.
- Experience working with manufacturing test programs at the boards or systems level.
- Experience with Python programming and bash scripting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 184,000 USD - 287,500 USD for Level 3, and 216,000 USD - 345,000 USD for Level 4.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
