Test Engineer - Advantest V93K (IC Test Development)

We’re looking for a Test Engineer to develop new test methodologies and application solutions for devices on the Advantest V93K platform. You’ll own test development end-to-end, working closely with design and product teams to bring devices from characterization through production test., * Develop new test methodologies and solutions for devices on Advantest V93K

• Work hands-on with Exascale architecture and SMT8 debug tools for device bring-up, debug, and characterization
• Apply TML experience to build and optimize test programs
• Write and maintain test software using C/C++ and Java
• Collaborate with design and hardware teams, applying HW design knowledge where applicable
• Partner with cross-functional engineering and product teams to root-cause test failures and improve test coverage/throughput
• Take ownership of test development projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of industry experience in IC test development or application development
• Strong knowledge of Exascale architecture, SMT8 debug tools, and TML experience (required)
• Proven proficiency in C/C++ and Java programming
• HW design knowledge is a plus
• Demonstrated strong personal leadership and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Proactive, self-disciplined, and highly motivated
