Teamcenter Development Lead

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze PLM requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Teamcenter. Design and implement customizations in Teamcenter, including but not limited to Active Workspace, server-side customizations, Stylesheet modifications, SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), and ITK (Integration Toolkit). Develop, test, and deploy extensions, plugins, and integrations to enhance Teamcenter functionality and interoperability with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CAD, MES). Participate in architectural discussions and recommend best practices for scalability, maintainability, and performance of Teamcenter environments. Troubleshoot complex PLM issues, debug customizations, and provide technical support for Teamcenter deployments. Support Teamcenter solution deployment, rollout, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring minimal downtime and robust data integrity. Document development work, configurations, and custom solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity. Participate in Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, story estimation, and iterative delivery cycles.
