Phone and Computer Repair Specialist

• Inspect and identify issues with smartphones, tablets, laptops, desktop computers, and other electronic devices.
• Complete repairs on Apple, Samsung, and other popular device brands.
• Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Perform basic electronic maintenance and related technical services.
• Communicate with customers regarding device problems, repair solutions, pricing, and status updates.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service throughout the repair process.
• Help with store activities, including sales support, organization, and maintaining a clean work area.
• Stay current with repair techniques, tools, and technology.
• Explain device-related information and solutions clearly to customers.
• Work collaboratively with other team members while also handling assignments independently., The successful candidate will combine technical repair abilities with strong customer-service skills while contributing to the day-to-day success of the repair center.
