Senior Software Lead

We’re looking for a senior technical leader to support a U.S. Space Force program focused on RF, electromagnetic spectrum, radar, and space weather mission applications. This individual will lead a cross-functional team of software developers, physicists, and systems engineers responsible for designing, developing, and integrating mission-critical software solutions supporting U.S. Air Force and Navy end users.

Experience with scientific concepts related to radio frequency (RF), the electromagnetic spectrum, or space weather Experience with full-stack development Experience interacting with technical and non-technical audiences at varying levels Experience leading highly technical teams Ability to read and program in Python, JavaScript, or C/C++, and in frameworks such as React, Angular, REST, or GraphQL Ability to coordinate and drive outcomes across various cross-functional teams such as science, software, hardware, and systems engineering Top Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field such as Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Mathematics
