customers, suppliers, and stakeholders. Systems Operations: Work on multiple networks across various classification levels while adhering to security policies, procedures, and processes. Required Experience 15+ years of relevant engineering experience in an engineering role for a systems program office or similar organization or 10+ years of experience and a Master’s Degree Experience working on classified and/or special access programs. Proven ability to work autonomously, define problems, and deliver high-quality solutions. Skilled at coordinating with internal and external organizations to accomplish common goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams). Proficient with engineering tools such as Cameo and DOORS. Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence and/or Jira. Strong oral and written communication skills to translate technical needs and project objectives clearly. Knowledge of military platforms, systems, and operational frameworks. Desired Experience Experience with enterprise IT systems, including datalinks, communications, networking, and command and control systems. An advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a technical field such as engineering, mathematics, or physics, or equivalent experience. Knowledge of DoD acquisition regulations/policy, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Familiarity with Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) frameworks, directives, and policies. Required Education Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, mathematics, or physics. Required Clearance Active TS/SCI and Special Access Programs (SAPs). Candidates must have 12 months of SAP experience within the last 3 years. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to contract requirements. Required Travel Travel up to 25% may be required to government and industry locations as dictated by program needs. The pay range for this position in is $140,000/year to $220,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
