As a Test Centre Administrator at Pearson VUE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a secure exam environment and delivering exceptional customer service to test-takers., * Welcome, greet, and check-in customers/test-takers

• Comply with testing security and procedures, using careful judgment
• Verify identification documents and explain exam rules
• Proctor/invigilate candidates during the exam
• Troubleshoot technical issues with the IT department
• Perform housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing workstations

• Friendly and professional team-player
• School qualifications in English and Maths
• Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor restricted behaviour
• Flexible availability for a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
• Good experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an advantage

• 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract
• Saturday work required: minimum of 2 Saturdays in every 4
• Committed hours: at least 8.25 hrs per week
• Pay: £13.60 per hour, paid monthly in arrears
