Job description

Dein Aufgabenbereich:

  • Sicherstellung des laufenden SAP-Basisbetriebs inkl. Incident-, Change- und Request-Management
  • 1st & 2nd Level Support sowie Fehleranalyse und -behebung
  • System- & Mandantenkopien, Patch- & Lifecycle-Management (nach ITIL)
  • Steuerung von Transporten und Weiterentwicklung des Application Lifecycle Managements
  • Betreuung unserer Identity-Management-Plattform (z. B. IAG)
  • Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen im Rahmen von Compliance-Vorgaben

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im IT-Umfeld
  • Fundierte SAP-Basis-Kenntnisse (inkl. CALM/SolMan, BTP, SAP4ME)
  • Teamorientiertes Denken und cross-funktionale Arbeitsweise
  • erste Erfahrungen im Bereich IT-Sicherheit
  • Eigeninitiative, analytisches Denken & Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch & gutes Englisch
