Senior Optimizely Developer

Our engineering software client is seeking a Senior Optimizely Developer to support complex digital experience, optimization, and web platform initiatives. This role will serve as the technical expert across both Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Web Experimentation, developing scalable content solutions, personalization capabilities, and advanced testing experiences. The developer will work closely with product, marketing, UX, and engineering teams to deliver high-performing digital experiences while maintaining platform integrity and scalability. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys combining backend architecture with frontend experimentation and optimization work.

5+ years of full-stack web development experience 3+ years of hands-on Optimizely CMS and experimentation development experience Advanced expertise with C#, .NET Core, and Optimizely CMS architecture Strong HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end framework experience Experience building and supporting enterprise B2B websites and lead-generation experiences Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern deployment practices

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Optimizely certifications Experience with server-side experimentation and feature flagging Salesforce, Marketo, or Adobe Commerce integration experience Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions expertise
