Senior Technical Product Owner (m/w/d) at Hoffmann Group

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of technology and at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience in CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), security, architecture, and observability
  • Solid knowledge of governance, access management, and related topics (f.e.: ISO 27001)
  • Ability to evaluate, prioritize, or reject stakeholder requirements as a Product Owner, and implement them with the development team
  • Ensuring a collaborative culture, coordinating with teams, and experience with agile methods such as Scrum

Scope of Work

  • Agile development and implementation of customer-oriented product strategies for our cloud software platform in close collaboration with Hoffmann stakeholders
  • Independent, entrepreneurial advancement of our platform together with our internal and external development teams
  • Implementation, enhancement of automation, and monitoring of CI/CD practices, security measures, architecture, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and observability
  • Promoting collaboration and a supportive team culture, coordinating with the team, and ensuring transparent communication
  • Explaining technical topics and concepts in an understandable way to different audiences
