We were thrilled to welcome team members from around the world. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect, collaborate, and strengthen the bond between our global teams even more as we set the stage for an exciting year ahead. 🚀

A true highlight was the Smart City Workshop: In a creative event format, teams design a smart city of the future by creating neighborhoods with innovative ideas, materials, and sustainable concepts. By working together to develop creative solutions and needing to cooperate with neighboring teams, problem-solving skills, trust, and the ability to work across disciplines are strengthened, ultimately improving team dynamics in the long run. 🏙️
