- Design and deliver engaging lessons on topics such as programming languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, R), web development (HTML, CSS, React, Node.js, React Express), and networking fundamentals
- Develop curriculum materials, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with educational standards and learner needs
- Facilitate hands-on activities, practical exercises, and projects to reinforce theoretical concepts
- Provide personalized tutoring and support to students working through technical challenges or coursework
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) such as Blackboard or similar platforms to deliver online instruction effectively
- Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement
- Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, curiosity, and collaboration among students

- Strong technical proficiency with software development tools and programming languages including JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, R, HTML/CSS, React, Node.js, and React Express
- Familiarity with learning technology platforms such as LMS (Learning Management System) tools like Blackboard or equivalent
- Excellent lesson planning skills with the ability to adapt content for diverse learning styles and levels
- Experience in delivering online instruction effectively using various digital tools and platforms
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts and web development best practices
- Ability to work effectively with students of varying backgrounds while fostering an inclusive learning environment
- Strong communication skills combined with patience and enthusiasm for teaching complex technical topics
