Cargo1492 started 2 years a ago with three transformation targets. The base of this transformation journey lies in the technological transformation with the business and agile culture transformation on top. And the exciting thing is, we are transforming everything together at the same time. The obvious question is - Why everything at the same time. Because one experience we had in the last year is that things are highly integrated these days. So starting to change one of those three areas has a significant impact to the others. Means, changes in the technology area crystallize out as business enabler. We've seen that this kind of change starts a creativity process on the business side. "Hm...I never would have thought that this is possible?" - was an observable human reaction during the last 2 years. Design Thinking, LeanUX and Agile methods span the tools we used, supported by a curious mindset of some enthusastic people.
