On average, I check between 1000-3000 profiles weekly and see who and why progressing at the interviews. I will share with developers how they can exploit the recruitment process to pass the gatekeepers. What I will go through during this talk: 1. Why CVs and cover letters are still a thing and how can you use it in your advantage? 2. What is it in your social media profile that makes recruiters reach out or pass on it? 3. Unspoken rules when it comes to the interview process. 4. Ways to become recruiters’ ideal candidate.
