Requirements
- Completed education in the field of computer science (TU, FH, Uni, or HTL)
- Several years of experience in backend development with JAVA (Kotlin)
- German and English language knowledge is a must
- Experience in implementing Camunda workflows
- Very good knowledge of Java
- Experience with microfrontends and the implementation of specific use cases
- Knowledge in the use and management of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with automated tests and GIT
- Experience with AI would be a plus
- Flexibility, solution-oriented mindset, strong communication skills and initiative coupled with structured way of working
Scope of Work
- Acting as a Lead Backend Developer for BON (Berateroberfläche NEU) application for advisors
- Development and implementation of complex solutions in the Java environment using modern Java frameworks
- Ensuring the operation and further development of the application, bringing new ideas
- Knowledge sharing with more junior team members
- Close collaboration with customers and technical analysts
- Work in agile environment focused on business and UX

- A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 60.900,-- gross per year.
