• Design, develop, and implement a robust and user-friendly refer-a-friend program within our existing mobile applications (iOS and Android).
• Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to define referral program mechanics, rewards structures, and promotional strategies.
• Integrate social media platforms for seamless sharing of referral links.
• Develop and maintain a secure backend system for tracking referrals, managing rewards, and preventing fraud.
• Implement analytics to monitor the performance of the referral program and identify areas for optimization.
• Ensure the app adheres to Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a high-quality user experience.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the referral program.

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Mobile App Developer to join our team and lead the development of a cutting-edge refer-a-friend program integrated into our existing mobile app (iOS and Android). This role will be pivotal in driving user growth and engagement through incentivised referrals. You will own the entire development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
