Requirements

Professional competencies

Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Experience in developing and architecting secure cloud applications, ideally in Azure
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform)
Skills in CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions
Proficiency in Python
Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
Knowledge of automated test procedures, Databricks, Delta Live Tables, Rust, IoT device integration, and skills in Linux and Yocto are advantageous

Personal competencies

Comfortable working in a regulated environment and taking responsibility for various functionalities, including requirements, design, implementation, validation, verification, and maintenance
Enjoy working in a team and willing to compromise
Passionate about solving complex tasks to make technology accessible in a simple and reliable way

Scope of Work

Duties and responsibilities

Join the software development team and collaborate closely with the data analysis team
Develop and manage cloud solutions utilized by our data analytics team
Analyze data from our devices to enhance therapy and create new revenue streams
Maintain and improve existing software production and testing pipelines
Develop and enhance IoT devices connected to the cloud
Contribute to the development of baroloop® and future generations of neurostimulators, as well as cloud-based healthcare services

About neuroloop GmbH

neuroloop® ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Aesculap AG, die als Spin-off der Universität Freiburg und des Universitätsklinikums Freiburg gegründet wurde. Von Freiburg aus entwickeln wir eine Plattform zur Stimulation des Vagusnervs zur Behandlung von chronischen Erkrankungen im Zusammenhang mit autonomen Körperfunktionen. Das Herzstück unserer Plattform ist eine mehrkanalige Manschettenelektrode auf Basis der Dünnschichttechnologie, mit der wir gezielt bestimmte Fasern des Nervs stimulieren können.
