Requirements

Expectations, Experience & Knowledge

  • Good communicator (verbal & written)
  • English, confident in speaking and writing
  • Dutch, fluently speaking and writing
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of informatics, mathematics or similar degree, or completed training as an IT specialist in the field of application development.
  • Substantial knowledge of software development with the common programming language C# by using Visual Studio & Azure DevOps. At least 5 years of experience are expected.
  • Knowledge of Agile/scrum
  • In depth knowledge of .NET (C#), Asp .net, SQL, Azure Devops, Git, Scrum as agile framework is an advantage, familiarity with Front-end development, preferable Angular, is a plus

Personal Competencies:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree with a focus on business or technology or equivalent professional experience
  • Interest and/or experience in Payroll technology and processes
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Problem-solving skills and a desire to dive into details
  • Agile thinking and working methods are a matter of course
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Pragmatic focus on outcome and goal achievement
  • Commitment to achieving sprint and squad goals
  • Someone who keeps the end user in mind

Scope of Work

About the role

  • Dot net development of user stories as software in team-oriented collaboration in an agile way of working
  • Developing new features as well as ensuring stability and maintainability of the current code
  • Drive design and development of software modules and business process logic.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and implement strategic, correct design and data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with the team according to the agreed prioritization with the stakeholders and the product owner.
  • End-2-end responsibility for assigned software functionalities.
  • Good understanding of relevant areas/products/user stories regarding the software you’re responsible for.
  • 3rd-Level-support, Troubleshooting and error correction.
