Full Stack Developer - Remote (must be Austria-based) at FTS FINANCIAL TRANSPARENCY SOLUTIONS GMBH
Requirements
FTS is looking for a mid-level full stack developer or higher with 5-10 years of experience. Applicant should be able to support existing Senior Frontend and Backend developers, contribute to existing product by way developing new features, peer review, testing, software maintenance, deployment support, and more. Must have ambition to expand on these areas as required. Among other development efforts, FTS is seeking to convert its enterprise productivity software product to SaaS which will involve a focus on security, anonymization of client confidential information, addition of auditing / monitoring application features, and more.
Skills / Requirements

- Prior experience developing, maintaining, or deploying, enterprise software products
- Must reside in Austria, have EU citizenship or have existing work permit, work from home, meetings in-person occur in Vienna
- English working language
- Bachelor degree in an applicable Information Technology area
Desired:
- Experience developing and / or using Financial Enterprise Software in financial industry or financial supervisor/regulator, preferably related to Anti-Money Laundering
- Working familiarity with government reporting requirements
- Familiarity with Prudential or AML/CFT Supervision surveys
- Experience with Scrum development process
- MTA certificates
- Business Intelligence systems such as Power BI
- MS Dynamics CRM
- Case management systems
- Deployments into AWS cloud
- Workflow management systems (Smartsheets, Integrify, others)
- ISO27001
- Encryption usage/experience
- Experience developing secure software products, two factor authentication
- Experience with XBRL; taxonomies, instance files, and XBRL engines for creating instance files
Scope of Work
Daily tasks will include development tasks, supporting rollouts at clients and inhouse, and help with quality control. Applicant should help with refining user stories, detecting technical dependencies between features and supporting us improving our product.
Operations:
- Implement user stories & fix issues
- Support making internal releases
- Performing UAT
- Requirements formation, creation of stories / bugs
- Contribute towards documentation of the product / its development
- Support rollout to clients
- Performing security maintenance tasks
