Your transformation challenge ...

• As a valued member of our Digital Consultancy team you will take part in various tasks along the customer life cycle including:
• product management - managing product road map, defining customer's pain-points and suggesting the right technical solutions, creating user stories, cooperating with our software development teams
• customer business consultancy -accompanying our sales colleagues to demonstrate our applications and offer industry and solution expertise consultancy also for existing customers
• project delivery - acting as the IT project manager, supporting our customers in our product onboarding and integration processes and users trainings
• organization development initiatives - taking on a role in process improvement, knowledge sharing, recruitment processes
