  • Successfully completed studies in computer science
  • Several years of professional experience in creating software architectures and working on large software projects

Scope of Work

As a software architect (m/f/d), you will work together with your colleagues on the digitalization of military vehicle and platform systems in national and international projects. You will have the opportunity to get to know exciting technologies and benefit from a wide range of specialist knowledge.
Your responsibilities will include the following tasks: 

  • Creating software sub-architectures and deriving software requirements
  • Evaluating and refining functional and non-functional requirements
  • Monitoring and ensuring the implementation of the architecture
  • Interface to project and product management
  • Connecting external systems and implementing software components
  • Carrying out topic-specific analyses, such as performance and vulnerability analyses
  • Embedding software components available on the market
  • Analyzing customer requirements and interfaces for the segment
  • Creating process documentation, for example software architecture design
  • Initiating and technically evaluating make-or-buy decisions regarding software components
