Technical Delivery Manager - Cloud Infra (m/f/d) at shopware AG

Requirements

You have several years of experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or a comparable position in a software company, specifically within Cloud Infrastructure.
You have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and operating cloud infrastructure, e.g., as a solutions architect, cloud engineer, or in a comparable capacity.
You have a technical background in ecommerce platforms, cloud technologies, and modern software development.
You have a proven track record of getting things done. You are solution-oriented and have exceptional problem-solving skills.
You have excellent project management skills, including expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
You have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to convey complicated technical details clearly and concisely.
You have excellent English skills and are willing to speak English daily.

Scope of Work

You manage the operational execution and on-time delivery of multiple technical projects simultaneously.
You work closely with our Cloud Infrastructure engineering teams to understand and translate technical requirements into an actionable project plan.
You discuss complex issues with our engineers and jointly develop a solution using your sound technical know-how.
You maintain proactive project monitoring, including regular reporting to stakeholders.
You identify and manage risks and dependencies to meet project objectives.
You act as an interface between different stakeholders and teams inside Shopware and with external partners and customers.
You foster an environment of continuous improvement.
